    Their changes, almost always, have been for a reason.  You have to remember, especially when it comes to the old AUG/Vector or the G36, that these weapons were doing more damage than every other one of its type (SMG or Assault Rifle).  The game's not meant to have one weapon or one piece of gear...

    I heard them talk about this on the stream, so I know they at least know about it being a bug.  I'm just not sure if it's actually on the Forums known issues yet or not.  Gabe had said that it's a known bug, though.

    I don't believe they've been 100% clear on what exactly they're doing to nerf it, but I do know that it will just be a base damage nerf like the AUG and Vector were.

    Supposedly the Heroic main missions are supposed to drop 229 weapons/268 Gear Sets; including the Showstopper.  There's a chance you just got unlucky with your drop. However, you are definitely right.  The unfortunate part about the 1.3 update for PS4 is that it's sort of swung the meta back...

    1.3 was the increase of Gear Score and such.  The only thing PS4 didn't get as far as gear-wise was the BLIND, Firecrest, and Reclaimer Gear Sets.  All the other weapons/gear are available to PS4.

    You know, I'm not entirely sure why.  Unless I'm missing something, those numbers shouldn't be changing like that unless maybe you're switching weapons or something.  I'm sorry I can't be more help on this.

    Yep; two consoles and two TV's set up right next to each other in the living room.  And yes, you're very right that the two screens helps a lot of times, though; it has also hindered on some occasions.  There's been times when her or I have been dead and was watching the other person's screen...

    I hate being the bearer of bad news.... but your Aug/Vector waste-laying days are only viable until Tuesday.  :( Bright side!  MP5 wasn't on the nerf list.

    Keep in mind, technically they've been talking about the overpoweredness of the SMG for quite a while, and have been saying they were going to do something about that for that same amount of time.  A few weeks leading up to 1.3, they've been announcing that SMG's would be nerfed in some fashion...

    Well, considering that we are a duo.. that would mean we'd have to purchase 2 high quality PC's.. and then adjust to the art of PC gaming... power level on our evenings..... and by the time we got to Underground, it'd be coming out on PS4.  ;)

    Striker / Sentry's was changed to where they have to have 5 pieces to get pre-1.3 stats.  But also, if you have a Aug or Vector equipped; they were nerfed 10% both pre and post 1.3.  This stuff is probably why your DPS dropped. Maintenance should have fixed all of the woes players were having...
