Why the fuck are the developers not fizing rhe servers? For what i paid 120$? If they are not going to fix it rommorow fuck me then. Ill ask for my money back. Fuck their servers. I just stand afk in the underground base of ops and it still kicks me. I waited for 7 hours to enter the mission and servers are kicking me out? Fuckk off game devs. Why there are other peole who can play and i saw streams of the new dlc and they (the streamers) are able to play when i am not? Fuck this game a waste of fucking money. The only thing the devs know how to do is talk. Fix the glitch and other shit they dont know. Even after 3 patches they didnt fix the container glitch at DZ 01 extraction near gas station

I want to hear about everyone's experience with 1.3, good or bad, let's hear it.
Its been 7 hours since update came out. Fuck the developers who cant properly treat the players. I tried to play the undergrond The end is NY but it kicks me in the middle of the mission. It says my acc is unavailable for some reason. When i try to exit underground it stil kick me and it says servers unavailable delta bullshit. I restart me xbox every 10 minand it

 
I'm going to submit an application to Ubisoft and see what happens.  I'll write the whole thing in crayon and use Barney the Dinosaur as a reference.  I might actually get the job.
Ubisoft Support: Bad servers, they go pop! We ug not know how to fix, clubbing wiv hammer no work and make us have owies. 

 
I am a very sad man today been trying to play since 12 cet  (yes i have season pass). Only to get 20001082 Delta error. I have 3 lvl 30 no  one are working so i can,t log on and enjoy the new patch. As it is only a game i will not whine like the kids on reddit. Btw my forth char lvl 21 can log onto the game. I hope u get these issues sorted asap and i am very aware on patch day u can,t be so lucky it works spotless.

 
Well, low level alts are working which indicates its confined to the servers dedicated to the new Underground instances.

 
I restarted my pc and was able to get onto all my accts. My dps on my main build dropped from 257k all the way down to 196k.  I run 4 striker, and 2 sentry. 

 
It's a feature.  And you need Falcon Credits now for gear blueprints, Phoenix for weapon blueprints.  Regular credits are used for recalibrating gear, but Phoenix and DoDo Credits must be used for weapons.  Dark Zone Credits can be used to purchase Dark Zone Eagle Credits, but you'll have to collect Division Tech, break them down into mats, and then convert those mats into Crane Credits before you can actually use them...and only in two of the three vendors, both of which are chosen based on the time of day.

I'm just bored at work lol
They might as well separate the vendors as different countries then. lol

I started reading this and got anxious after the first few sentences. I started to think WTF until i realized it was a troll. Nice one

 
server is going down in 5 mins. hopefully its to fix the delta error that alot of people are having.

Striker / Sentry's was changed to where they have to have 5 pieces to get pre-1.3 stats.  But also, if you have a Aug or Vector equipped; they were nerfed 10% both pre and post 1.3.  This stuff is probably why your DPS dropped.

Maintenance should have fixed all of the woes players were having.  Except for the PS4 players.  Our woes remain.  :(

 
My AUG gs#163 lost about half its equipped dps. Which is good really. I haven't had the opportunity to replace it since anything else that came along only stood in its shadow. .

This is exactly what I was thinking in response to the SMGs losing DPS.  This is from the patch notes:

  • Changed the weapon bonus on SMGs from a % crit hit chance to % crit hit damage.
  • Decreased the damage done by the AUG and Vector. This impacts all new and existing ones.
From the notes, the crit hit to crit DMG might not be retroactive, but I thought I heard all nerfs were retroactive and buffs were only going forward.  

Also, since the Striker and Sentry sets had their bonuses stretched over 5 pieces now (instead 4 like all other sets), your 4-2 plan will probably have to be rethought.

mine still uses critical hit chance, and i was able to roll adept into responsive, so now i have brutal, deadly and responsive.  changing to a five piece bonus and lowering the bonus stats itself really hurt my dps. i swapped my build all around and am using 4 striker and one predator vest. im at 195 dps with the aug 211 dps with the g36 and 460k toughness. skill went up from 10k to 15k. so overall my build is better imo. now i could swap some stam mods for firearms and reach 206k dps on the aug, but my toughness drops to 405k.

 
fyi for those that havent heard. the g36 roll with higher base dmg then originally intended so that will be fixed soon aswell. 

 
Ok, played a few hours last night and on the whole I enjoyed it.  Here is a rundown on what I found.  

For those looking for the underground, a new ad-hoc mission pops up on the map below the BoO.  Go do this one (pretty easy) and then follow on to the next mission that takes you to the BoO and in to an initial underground mission.

Initial impressions;

The different modes are comparable to the above ground missions (inc drop GS levels).  I did normal first and got GS163 items.  Hard level gave GS182s and didn't complete challenging as we were a motley team of 4 with no coordination  :8_laughing: .  Where this does not hold true is with the stash boxes you get for leveling up.  I consistently got GS226 weapons and GS268 Equipment from them.  After maybe 3 hours I went up to level 7 for the underground.

The unique environments seems to be very much the same TBH.  The feeling of "oh I've been here before" popped up a number of times over various missions.  The building blocks of the levels are clearly the same, it is just the order they are joined together which is different.  Not as radically different environment for each mission as I had hoped.

There are different types of Underground missions including "Find, turn on and defend generators", "Destroy weapon caches with time limits", "Search and destroy".  I would imagine there are others as well.  Death of the team in a mission requires a full mission restart, no respawns if all team members are dead.  Different directives (nerfs like fog of war removing the minimap but giving greater XP bonuses) require various levels to unlock.  There are also some mat boxes hidden around the underground which give a single golden mat.  Oh and ammo can be an issue.  My LVOA-C kept running out (I don't use the LoneStar 'Buff'). 

Some issues existed in the environment with not being able to pass through areas that had no visible blockers but these were quite minor and none were show stoppers.

You cannot group up if you are in the underground and the person you wish to group with is in the BoO or above ground.  The terminal map is considered different from the above ground map.  Group up and then travel to terminal or meet up in terminal and group up there.  Terminal is a communal zone like a safe house so you can see the other players unlike the BoO.

I got a GS163 G36 which had a base DPS of 76k.  @ESGN's comment above sort of explains that  :12_slight_smile: .  I also had three LMGs drop (1x M60 and 2x 249s).  I tried one of the 249s and it was ok but soon switched back to my AR.  I also got a pp-19 (Bison) at GS 226 which was pretty good and a SVD Paratrooper (GS182) which I will try out tonight.  260rmp with 24.4k base damage and a 10 round mag IIRC.

Weapon recalibration is via buying weapon packs (8x gold mats of any type plus 107 Phoenix credits each) and taking them to the recalibration bench in the BoO.  The process is as you would expect with just another category at the top for weapons and on choosing one, you get 3 talents (plus the original) you can choose from after rolling.  One big point of note (contrary to what was mentioned by Skill-up), the talent which requires no stats to activate, if rerolled, then requires stats.  If I had stable on the no stat requirement talent slot and I re-roll vicious, if I choose vicious then I have to meet its stat requirements in order to activate it.  That is very disappointing.  I had a choice between capable (req 2840 firearms) or stable (I met that requirement) and chose stable based on not having to meet the stat requirements only to find the information provided was incorrect.  To be clear, I like Skill-ups vids and subscribe.  This is no slight in his direction just that the information provided in this case appears to be incorrect.

Roving AI in the city are now lvl 30 so a slightly better challenge especially when they mob up from different directions when you are doing a HVT.

Only other issue I found was on logging in by Falcon lost, I could not open the map screen (m just brought up the falcon lost menu) until I ran a few blocks away and then the map kicked in.

Overall, pretty good so far.  Logging in timeouts are to be expected but in my experience, weren't too bad.  I am in the Asia Pacific time zone though which probably helped.
