    Their changes, almost always, have been for a reason.  You have to remember, especially when it comes to the old AUG/Vector or the G36, that these weapons were doing more damage than every other one of its type (SMG or Assault Rifle).  The game's not meant to have one weapon or one piece of gear...

    I heard them talk about this on the stream, so I know they at least know about it being a bug.  I'm just not sure if it's actually on the Forums known issues yet or not.  Gabe had said that it's a known bug, though.

    I don't believe they've been 100% clear on what exactly they're doing to nerf it, but I do know that it will just be a base damage nerf like the AUG and Vector were.

    1.3 was the increase of Gear Score and such.  The only thing PS4 didn't get as far as gear-wise was the BLIND, Firecrest, and Reclaimer Gear Sets.  All the other weapons/gear are available to PS4.

    You know, I'm not entirely sure why.  Unless I'm missing something, those numbers shouldn't be changing like that unless maybe you're switching weapons or something.  I'm sorry I can't be more help on this.
