Falling through the floor Grand Central Station

Hi,

Eevry time i start the mission Grand Central Station and i am on the -1 floor or -2 floor, my whole team falls through the floor. I can not play this mission because everytime this problem occurs. Are there other ones who have the same problem?

Passing through the floor is usually a connection issue. Doesn't always mean it's you, it could be high server traffic. Every time it's happened to me, I log out and restart the game. Usually fixes the issue.

It happened to me leaving the medical center (posted pic in the players pic thread). I logged off of back in and was still falling. I logged off, shut down XB1, powered back up and logged in and I was back at BoO.

When you fall through, there is a "hard floor" you'll hit after a bit, and then you're sent to the nearest safehouse or b.o.o. after a short timer, sometimes dead or downed.

I kept falling until a timer pulled me back up, then I would fall a little further, reset, a little further. Then I hit a hard floor and would stand until timer reset, stand, reset, ect. Then right back up to falling, rinse, repeat. Lasted a good 10 minutes or so.

wow, that glitch HATED you. Never experienced it that badly before.

Thank you for the replies, but i also logged out and tried to play again for about 10 times. Everytime i fall through the floor.

Yeah, log out didn't work. I had to log out, power off, power back on, log back in. Even then, when I got in the game, it was like my character landed on the ground and then got up.

Does it say "Loading" on the bottom right before you reached the area?
