Falling through the map

[Renzokuken]

I've joined two groups this evening attempting to do the daily challenging mode for the power plant, if I join a team that's started the mission at all, when I fast travel to them, or to the power plant it spawns me underneath the map.
 
If I try to run directly to the mission I fall through the floor as soon as I get close.

If I leave the group, it still doesn't let me fast travel to the power plant or walk there until I log out of the game and back in, anyone else getting this?

On PS4 the other day I fell through the map doing the daily with a group at the napalm factory halfway through the mission. Fortunately I was able to fast travel back and regroup. It's only happened once and when in a group, never solo.
