DELTA 20000988 (Need support)

Hey im going to the forums for support since Ubisoft support is complete garbage and has not replied in 3 weeks. I preordered The Division and when i went to play it i got a error and fixxed it but now im getting Error DELTA20000988 and i have not even gotten past the main cutscene at the very start of the game because i keep getting errors so i have 0 minutes in the game since i preordered it. Please help me fix this Error. (PS. Im running off UPLAY not Steam)

idk my specs but i can run it perfectly until the error, the cutscene never cuts or lags because that's all i can do... (removed the end part because it might of came out offensive to ubisoft and it was my opinion)

Hey Duck,

You not knowing your PC specs is a bit worrying. As that may be the problem all along, and is always the thing you post with your question as a PC gamer. Press Windows key + X, click Device Manager, and come back to us with your specs.

Im using a backup PC but its a Aspire X with a Intel N3050 processor 1.60 GHz, Intel HD Graphics, 500GB HardDrive, 4GB DDR3 Memory. couldnt find how good the graphics card is

Your specs are way below the minimum requirements for the PC version of The Division. You will not be able to play this on your PC at all. Get a better PC, or switch to console. Because there is no way in hell you can run this game on your current machine.

well damn... anyways thanks for the help and il just save the specs,i was hoping i would be able to run it at like 7 FPS or something XD

DELTA 20000988 error is a connection error, your router is making conflicts with the game servers, specs has nothing to do with this error.

you must access your router as admin and change settings, like: open ports, activate DMZ, activate Bridge, turn off firewall.

For me activating Bridge on port 4 making it NAT1 fixed my problem with this error.

or just wait for ubisoft to send a patch fix, wont happen, u better sell the game.

  please can you disable and the enable UPnP on your router. Please make sure to reset your router and try the game each time you change this setting.
