I personally think they need to take a look at LMG, especially the slow reloading one like M60.

Sure it has bunch of bullets per clip, but I think the damage and the recoil doesn't make up to it, unless you want to shoot from close range.

So far my choice of LMG would be the..... what's the bullpup-looking one again? Smaller clip, but more stable, higher fire rate, and faster reload speed. Beats my M60 any day, although I like the muscular look of M60.

I had M60 when I was leveling.  When you first fire it up, aiming is just a rough idea of what you're intending. It does focus after that though. I found myself choosing my next target so I could slide across to them without stopping and starting, so as to maintain the stability of sustained fire.  Having such a large mag helps with that.

And, imho, it makes such a satisfying loud sound; why wouldn't you want to maintain sustained fire. :1_grinning:

L86 LSW ... which I'd love a HE version of but haven't found yet (nostalgic value for me as that was my weapon when I was in service, LSW gunner)

I'm having good success with a HE M249 to be honest, it doesn't deviate that much either and with a clip of almost 200 rounds its ideal for me currently but I agree LMG's need looking at in some form as in most cases they're not an ideal loadout but still good in a clutch situation where you REALLY need to suppress multiple enemies in an emergency such as "suppress those snipers whilst we take down the shotgun rushers".

There will be more info next week from the state of game post on twitch. I will update the forum when I have the info. Expecting a confirmed release date from next week and some more info on gear/incursion 2. (Broken circle set to be renamed)
Thanks for a better update then the one I read on FB

I see there is a trailer out about the update.  It shows now that they are adding the ability to cut the rope to the helo before the extraction is complete. So you"ll have to stay around and protect your loot until the extraction is complete.  The incursion looks cool.
