Am i building wrong for Pvp? Please help.

So ive been playing alot lately and have some decent gear. Been getting rekt lately by a few solo players who say my gear isnt up to par, they either drop my health down to nothing with crazy amount of damage or 3 or 4 shot me. PLease help me!!! Here is a pic of my build.

Are you playing solo? If your getting shot by multiple enemies there isn't a whole lot you can do no matter what the gear if you have no backup.

No i run with a few friends with similar builds, we head up north and  hang around the middle of the map.  As for Multiple enemies we do engage a few groups that wipes us with amazing dps.  Just wondering if there is gear beyond mine that i dont know about so PLEASE if anyone has info or knows how to get this special kind of gear LMK.   Because i was told my gear wasnt up to par.  I need all the help i can get/info on special gear.

I believe right now that the best gear is all rated at lvl 31. Check your gear and see what the level is of your gear. Also keep in mind it's not always the gear but the talents and perks you run as well to help keep you alive. Otherwise the only other thing you can do is grind and hope for the best in rolls and re calibrations to have some of the best of whats available.

Yea i just checked and gear lvl items is 31 atm and ill keep that in mind about talents and perks. But as for right now i guess ill grind until then.

Your weapon talents aren't geared twords pvp, and I have no idea what your gear talents and stats contribute to your build. If you're really getting spanked, I would suggest checking into improving those areas first, remembering that damaging a player follows a different set of rules than damaging an npc.
