Am i building wrong for Pvp? Please help.

So ive been playing alot lately and have some decent gear. Been getting rekt lately by a few solo players who say my gear isnt up to par, they either drop my health down to nothing with crazy amount of damage or 3 or 4 shot me. PLease help me!!! Here is a pic of my build.

I'm also struggling with this. I tried pumping up my stamina but then my firearms dropped significantly and even then it didn't seem to help much. I then went for the glass canon and I survive longer but still get mowed down. I too would appreciate some thoughts.

From what I've read a balanced build is going to be your best bet for end game.

Try getting everything above 1889 to assure most perks on weapons are unlocked

Also keep in mind that some people are just ridiculous at this game, this is my first 3rd person game with pvp in it so I've been struggling a bit coming from a FPS PvP background

Yea i guess ill have to try the Balanced build but im not to confident about it for pvp unless im in a group.  Btw i do roam with another semi bruiser tank like i and my buddy with his Mp5 crit build.

Anyways I would love too see some of these Ridiculous end game pvp build that some people have  that dont get shredded with 80k hp.  Is there a secret build or Loot that makes you dish out 180 or 200k dps while still having 100k hp and 1800 Electronics.  I was told by a few it was possible?  Is there a video out there somewhere i can watch??  PLease help me out i still dont understand this game even after hours of farming.  

  Please if some has the answer or video share it.

Once you hit a certain point in the game the re calibration station in the Tech Wing is how you get the "right" build. Farm or craft the gear you are looking for and then fine tune it at the re calibration station to get the most out of your lvl 31 gear.

i would search youtube..there are a bunch of guys on there that put out videos on builds for the division.  here is just one example

 Yea ive farmed soo much phoenix points and re calibrated my pieces of armor paying up to 179 a piece for a few gear just to fine tune it to fit my spec.  

 What i want to know is if there is Elite Elite gear beyond the normal which i don't mind farming for hours on end.  

like secret hidden gear?  Some of the groups ive come up against or solo players hardly take no damage or can wipe me and my group like nothing.   What im asking is  if anyone knows what gear they they rock or wear.  Is there a video somewhere about gear something to help because i just cant find that type of gear.

in the next free update, 1.1, releasing on the 12th. there will be 3 different types of gear sets you can get. other than that, there is no "special" type of gear. some gear is better than others, yes, but i just think a lot of players just keep re-rolling their gear to get the best possible roll.
