Where my Vector peeps at !?

Good afternoon Agents! 

Like many of you I have fallen hard for that beautiful SMG the Vector 45 ACP (high end), one may even say im "Truly Madly Deeply" in love with it (for those of you who get that joke...you're showing a little age :wink: ). So the question at hand is...what is the god tier roll we all should be looking for on the Vector. Since this weapon is left in the hands of RNG I was hoping to hear from some of you and see what talents you're currently running on the weapon, how its preforming in the field for you and what mods have you attached.

The current Vector I am using is as follows (all numbers are weapon only *no gear buffs included*:

Base DMG: 8890 // RPM: 905 // Mag: 35

Talents - Deadly: Crit hit damage increased by 26% // Meticulous: Killing a target has a 23% chance to insta fill the mag // Accurate: accuracy is increased by 46%

Due to there being no Division app I absolutely forget the mods and their stats but i can post those later today.

At the moment my total primary DPS is at 115,925 but can be increased if i change around some gear and gear mods. 

So lets hear it Agents, I would love to see what you all are running and how well it melts face.

My DMG is around 11.1K. I had a good roll plus I have a piece of gear that adds something like +350 SMG damage.

I think the accuracy talent is a waste personally. I roll a new Vector just about daily. I have one right now with +26% critical hit damage (this on is vital. Don't leave home without it.), +18% damage to enemy armor, and +13% reload bonus.

I have a gold scope, gold muzzle, and gold extended mag. Only a purple handgrip right now. I forget the bonuses associated with each, but I usually try to avoid accuracy. Again, I think it is a waste. My critical hit chance is 45% and my critical hit damage is +160%.

Oh, and my DPS is over 160k.

Agreed, accurate is a wasted talent slot. I've only rolled 5 so far and that's the best ive gotten, the grind shall continue though! I do need to start working on my gloves to get added SMG damage.

@metric_methodz was that a savage garden reference? vector is beast.  mine is something like 45% accuracy and headshots do 24 percent more damage.  things a beast.  only wish the 3rd perk wasn't a electronics feature.

Im the same way, I love mine up to the 3rd talent...then it falls off. The weapon overall though is an absolute beast! I run vector and snipe atm and I don't want to run any other primary its too much fun

So these are the talents Im currently looking at and trying to roll a few on each vector to see how they preform:

-Brutal: Headshot dmg is increased by x%  //  -Deadly: Crit hit dmg is increased by x%  //  -Destructive: Armor destruction value is increased by x%  //  -Ferocious: Dmg against elite and named enemies increased by x%  //  -Fierce: Crit hit chance increased by x% (SMG's already have a high crit hit canhce anyway)  //  -Predatory: killing a target regens x% of heath over y seconds  //  -Sustained: Killing a target increases your health by x%  //  -Swift: reloading is x% faster 

anyone running a combo of these?

My ideal combo, and the reason I have rolled 15 of these damn thing now, is to get Deadly, Destructive, and Ferocious. 

I would be willing to exchange Ferocious for Sustained, except I think Sustained has a skill level minimum that I won't meet and don't really want to meet. 

I want that combo for running the DZ and daily challenge missions.

@TheDarkZone the D/D/F build looks like a crazy good dps if you could get it drop on the high end of base DMG and get good % for the talents. With that you could skate through challenge mode.

Exactly. That's the plan. I would even take one that lands in the mid-range of DMG if it came with those 3 talents.

I got a fairly good roll on my Vector. Its talents are Deadly - 26% Crit Dmg, Destructive - 18% Armor Destruction and Brutal - 24% Headshot Dmg. The base dmg per bullet is 9739 Dmg and 25.5% crit dmg.  I use a HE ext mag with 95.5% mag size and 36% Crit dmg. PEQ laser with acc boost its the best grip i currently have for it.  Flash Hider with 18% acc and 28% crit dmg. Small rds scope with 6% crit chance and 18% headshot dmg. Im currently at 140 dps.

@ESGN Dang! thats pretty nice. Do you find Brutal activating enough to make it worth the talent slot over something like ferocious?

Where do you get the blueprint for the HE vector???  Is it a drop in the DZ?

Got it.  sorry for all the dumb questions.  This is all new to me.  When you guys say "rolling" a new one do you just mean you craft the gun again to see what you get?

@shootinxs76 dont be sorry! no dumb questions. Yes, when it comes to weapons (because gear is different youre able to re-calibrate gear) when you see "rolling" or "re-roll" its referring to crafting over and over since you have a chance to get different talents each time.

Thanks for the info.  I'll have to try it out tonight.  I just hit lvl 30 a day or so ago and am just now starting the dailies and rerunning the general assembly mission.  I currently have all purple gear and weapons.  Time to start upgrading.  I have a couple of gold weapon attachments I got out of chests in the DZ but thats it so far.  Haven't had the balls to venture any further north than DZ 2 for now.
