They did nothing to help the solo players in this update. It's sad they call the DZ PvP. It's not. I really wish they would of done more for the solo players that they discriminate against. 

They were never supposed to do anything for solo players. That's an end user choice, and never a good idea until you max your gear anyway.

Did I say they we're supposed to??? I don't think I did. I think I said "I really Wish". I am sure I did. I don't like ppl. Most groups want to go rouge on the solo players because they know it's a sure kill. I don't play like that. So I end up leaving the groups. Most of my friends list gave up on this game a took the lost for the Expansion packs they bought. Well I am almost there for trading in the game just not yet. I want to see how much of a mess UBI can make with this game. I think it's going to be way worse than Destiny ever was.

perhaps you should avoid games designed like this and destiny if you don't like people, as the content is geared twords grouping with people. You absolutely can destroy the darkzone solo, or the incursion on challenge mode even as a solo player, but you'll have to be a top end player skill wise to achieve that goal.

Destiny is fine. You can have a true PvP game. You can be in a group of solo. That part is fine. I just started playin that game again. It's not bad.

Of all the comparisons I've heard, this is perhaps the most accurate.

Back on topic... *ahem*... I'm really keen to find out how the HVT (someone has used HRT as an abbreviation and this makes me giggle like a schoolgirl!) missions will work with teams?

If you pick up a HVT mission, can you THEN join a team? Does everyone on the team automatically get the same mission? What if someone in the team has already run that mission (i.e. will it be the same as story missions so HE gear only drops once)? Or do you all have to gather the mission individually etc.

Watching some of the streams today it looks like some people may be running into bugs where if they die while doing an HVT mission and then try to do it with a different group that they're unable to do it.. Not 100% sure how true to life that is, though.  Just saw a couple people complaining about that thus far today.

Yeah but when you say HRT all I can think of menopausal Hormone Replacement Therapy ... perhaps its an "Over 40's thing" LOL!

That sounds like something I'd expect with a new mode like this in an MMO game using multiple "instances" (universes) for players. Remembering that each time you group up in PvE you join a singular instance specifically created on the servers for that team, its going to take some tough coding to cover all issues and dropping out of an instance to find you can't rejoin and repeat that same mission on, effectively, another instance seems like an error I'd expect to see to be honest. I'm sure they'll patch it. Its much like not being able to immediately rerun the same missions sometimes (known bug) if the group is still in the same instance...you have to create a new instance by changing group leaders so the server re-creates the universe for you.
