Unable to Start Underground Operations

Just bought the season pass today and wanted to start Underground. However once I'm down here I'm unable to start any mission. Yes I've acquired the thing the Paul Rhodes required me to have. I tried pressing F to interact with the table but nothing happened. Also I am unable to access my stash nor ammo point. Elevator that goes up to base of operations is not working too since there was no UI that pops out, so I'm stuck down here. 

Joined a few random public groups and the leader started the mission. However once I'm inside I am unable to press space to snap to cover nor press Ctrl to climb. Once I left the group, i'm still stuck in Underground Operations, unable to activate any mission or access anything. Logging out and restarting the game does not resolve the problem either. 

So now I'm stuck here, unable to play the game.

Yeah, you might want to raise a ticket with ubisoft support. (We're just a fan site)

I have had the ui do that to my, though it was resolved with a re-starting the game.
