Unable to collect underground intelligence

I have been unable to collect underground intelligence for the las 3 days.  My teammates can see and collect, but I can't even see it when they point out where it is.  Is this a glitch?  My underground rank is 28, my dark zone rank is 10, and my gear score is 234. My Intel is well below the max in every sub category with an overall count of  205/373.  I uninstalled the the underground add on, but nothing happened.  Please help me

You need to log a support ticket with Ubisoft. I haven't heard of this issue from anyone else yet in my circle on PC.
