Unable to obtain mods for the trap skill

Doesn't matter if I buy, loot, or even make them. They just disappear. I've not been able to get one in years, back when I first stopped playing because of the bugs and crashes.

I expected it to be fixed with the updates.
I have had a ticket in for it since 2/16/24. It's driving me bonkers.
