In this episode we cover the L86 Light Support Weapon or the simply L86 LSW. We’ll inform you on the general information, weapon statistics, modifications, variants and a class recommendation.

The general information consists of the full name, weapon category, size, weight, rounds, magazine size and fire mode. The weapon statistics cover the damage, optimal range, maximum range, rate of fire, stability, accuracy, reload speed and weapon bonus. The modifications consist of the optics, magazine, underbarrel, muzzle and skin. The variant cover the different variants of that weapon and the statistical difference. Finally the class recommendation summarizes the best class build around this weapon. The focus is on the primary, secondary, side-arm and the three skills.

Nice, must admit that although I'm only at level 15 I've yet to find a better duel purpose weapon. With mods the RoF & recoil are good enough that I can hit three round bursts constantly on targets at range (40/50m) and certainly concentrated automatic fire at targets within 15/20m ... I have just recently collected a blue category RPK-74 and the higher ammunition capacity is "helpful" in some situations but it strays off target so much (even with controlled bursts) with better mods than the L86 that I've currently running the L86 as my "assault rifle" and the RPK as my suppressing weapon (ditching the Saiga for now). Not only that but my lower level L86 has a better DPM still!
