The Division 1 Stat caps Soft/Hard

I have about 100hrs in Div 1 and almost 300hrs in Div 2. Getting back into Div 1 and was curious if anyone had sources for the latest patch stat caps. I keep running across Div 1 CC 60%, but I'm pretty sure it's 40%. I'd like to know others as well like Stability, Accuracy, CHD, etc. Just so I have all information available.
