Stuck loading at 10%

I was in the dz and rogue I knew the server was going down but was in a really good gun fight long story short I cant log in I am stuck at 10% on the loading screen and its 9 am where I am located anyone know if this is a wide spread problem or is it just me getting the shaft

Welcome to the "backpack glitch". Google it for more info, as I wouldn't do the details justice. Ubi is patching on the 12th of April with the incursions update..

Never heard of this issue before, my friend literally just made about 10 HE backpacks
