I was in the federal triangle and all of sudden a goddamn invisible wall was stopping me from going forward, I couldn’t get around it so I logged out. Tried to log back in and Ive been at 10% for a hour now at the loading screen and yes I did restart it multiple times. This happen to anyone?

PSN Can’t log in stuck at 10%

Lol I even made a new account thinking it had something to do with the play time I remember fallout having a glitch like this when u played a certain amount of hours the game would be downgraded and lagged to hell. Well the new account is now stuck on the loading screen and doesn’t go past 10% I took it to the federal triangle and that’s where the fuckery happend.
