I'm level 30 but need to get gear score up from 0 what is best way

If I was starting out again, having just hit level 30 (and I'm hoping to get an Alt there soon) ... I'd stay well away from the DZ unless I have a group of players to help me. Unless you can dip in at DZ01 and you're happy farming the first couple of mobs just outside the entrance then all I'd be doing in your shoes was farming S&D targets and farming HVT missions. I'd also go back and make sure each story mission is complete to Hard level at least, and once I get some gear I would be going over my Daily and Weekly missions (ignoring DZ based ones).

I farmed general assembly on hard for a while. You get 4 gs131 drops at the helicopter and I believe a 163 he from the room with the stairs right before the helicopter. Helped me a lot. I was gs130-140 in no time

All of these work great. I'd personally suggest the PvE options, as they guarantee gear and you don't have to extract it. That being said, with the higher risk of the DZ, you can get higher rewards faster.
One thing I wish I had done with my main was to play DZ and get to between 75-99 before hitting lvl 30. From what I hear, it's easier to get your DZ lvl up before you hit 30, and with the higher DZ lvl you can buy better gear in the DZ. I'll probably try to do this with my alt before she hits lvl 30 (currently at lvl 12).

Exactly what I am doing
my lvl 30 is lvl 70dz at the moment and it's so hard to get above that with rogues running around twice I've been up to 72 and knocked back down ??
many level 14 character will be dz 99 before I rank up
