Noob looking for advice

Hi guys, this is my first post. I'm hoping the forums are a friendly, helpful place.

Below is a video of my current build - I'd be really interested to hear what you guys think. As the video will show, I'm using 3 pieces of Striker gear, which give me the extra critical hit damage, plus 3 high end 204 pieces primarily for armor. I'm trying to create a build which priorities DPS and toughness, however I know I got a little way to go. If could find any named gear pieces with high armor I'd use them but I find my stats are so much worse when I remove the 204 gear pieces. Anyway, I'd be interested to hear what you think.

There will probably be a lot of comments and help coming for you, as everyone is very friendly and helpful on here.  In the meantime, you should check out the thread on set combos and the thread on builds for ideas on what others are doing.

Looking thru that you should get an idea on what people are up to and often times what their logic is for the choices they make.  I'm running a build that is balanced across all stats due to the talents on my weapons, so I'm not necessarily sure what to suggest for you.

This is what I'm currently rolling with. 

4 pieces of striker plus a reckless chest and cunning gloves. 

I'd like to eventually replace the 204 gear with Final Measure to get the 50% exotic damage resilience.  So far I can't find the pieces I need!

There you will find thousands (hundreds active) of like minded Division players on all platforms. There you can find CS:CM and DZ5/6 groups to farm 240s to your hearts content.
