My theory

Hey Team,

I noticed Ubi Soft is a independent gaming company and is not under the Activision Umbrella.

My theory is because they don't have to answer to anyone when it comes to money they can patch and add content quicker. Bungie's spending comes from Activision, so I'm sure they'd love to fix things and give us content quicker. But if Activision says sorry no money at the moment their hands are tied.

Hmm... I suppose this is possible, I like to think that bungie is just concerned with who's gonna pay them the most for content, and when no one is willing too than no new content for the consumers.
