My side missions are gone in Tier 3

I recently reached Tier 3 and a lot of new missions showed up. However since my last login, they have all disappeared. They are still in my Progression Log, showin a distance of 0 m. 

I have nothing to do on my map but activities - I can't progress any further

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

wow, its got to be a bug or your local files are corrupt.  Try verifying local files for the game.
