I just want to get the general consensus.Im looking for striker / sentry gloves but we've yet to even seen them from the incursion. Has anyone gotten them yet??

Incursion DROPS.

Yes they drop in the incursion. Every time you beat it you get at least on set piece of ehm I think 204 - 2014 GS range on hard and up to 240 GS on challenging difficuilty. Once in the week you get a 2nd set gear piece that is of the highest GS possible for the diff. you beat the incursion at iirc. All sets drop randomly as far as I can tell. So you will get what you are looking for in the incursion.
EDIT: Ah before I forget. If you do not know already you can buy blueprints of 214 GS Sentry and Striker gloves in the base of operations at the special gear vendor. That is how I got my Tacticians and Sentry's gloves and knee pads.

Seen a lot of people picking up gloves as a drop from Lexington on challenging mode, I have yet to see gloves drop from incursion, just chest, knee pads, backpack and holsters (hard mode incursion, not tried challenging yet)

Hi! How you guys manage to do the incursion? Every time we started ended up people leaving from fireteam because of dying in the first wave. I don't understand how this is works it says recommend gear score 160 we all 187 and higher and still we find it difficult to kill the opposition

Damn I am getting old of course those drop from challenge missions too. Lexington has one sets glove on the drop table as has each challenge diff. mission. There is thread here somewhere with a list which mission drops which set gear iirc. Otherwise do a search on with the search engine you like to find the information.
There is a guide pinned on one of the pages with the exact strat my group has been using. ive seen others go to the generators on the right side, but have never done it that way. Ive always used the trench.

As ESGN said take a look into the strategy guide that is posted here.
Try to grind enough phoenix credits to buy the AUG from the special gear vendor to have more DPS. Mine helped me aLOT (like in wow....wow...WOW...laughing hysterically I did not know what difference a high GS weapon makes... W O W).
If you can't farm those credits then focus fire. Try to shoot at least with one other agent at the same target at all times. That should help also. You just need to use the ingame voice communication as much as possible to call targets and warn from ANY shotgun rusher you see. Those are the hardest to come by for any group that is not already good geared especially weapon wise.

That's all I've seen. Xero keeps saying to farm Lexington but it soooo boring lol. Do they drop both sentry / striker?

But you can by 2 parts of the Strikers / Sentry / Tacticians set in the BOO. I thought It was gloves and knee pads. Sorry if I was mistaken there could also been mask and knee pads or so...

never seen gloves from hardmode. i have 25-30 completions.

I agree. I've gotten a ton of crap rolls of most set items.. some good rolls. NEVER have seen a single pair of gloves of any kind from the incursions.
