Yeppers, 350 is max for WT2. WT3 to 400, WT4 to 450, WT5 - 500 and with re-calibration 515.

I am WT5, and it's erratic... somethings are easy-peasy.  Some things are f'ing impossible. (that is until I do them lol)

I was wondering how to get to world tier 3?? May I ask?

Take a look at the strongholds in the map.  They let you through to higher world tiers.

Check the ones you have not yet done and as you go over it with the mouse on the map it will say what you need to do to unlock it (usually GS requirement and doing a couple of missions).

Once the Stronghold is completed, you will transition to the next WT.

There are also missions you have to complete BEFORE you can run through the Strongholds and progress. When you get to a Stronghold, at the mission information UI that pops up it will say "Inelligable" but also list what missions you have to complete in order to unlock the Stronghold mission.

This may be what you're missing @Malcolm Kocinski as the game won't let you jump from WT to WT by just completing Strongholds.

If memory is correct you also need to complete TWO Stronghold missions (different ones obviously) to progress from WT3? Either that or it was when moving to WT4 ... can't remember.

Oh so that how it works. It was a lot different in The Division 1 and much easier to do than The Division 2 to reach each world tier.

I understand & thank for your help.

When I was playing The Division 1. I got some exotic weapons , gear, & even masks from Boss drops & Global Events missions in The Division 1. Even then it was hard to play Solo or not. But the rewards were justified than they are now. As far as I know there weren't any blueprints or parts for exotic weapons to find in The Division 1. You just got them.

I have an Xbox One 2015 the last part of that year was made. My biggest problem with Tom Clancy's The Division 2 is where are the exotics weapons, parts.& blueprints that they say are there. That I can't seem to find anywhere in the game. Last week I defeated a stronghold at the Capital Building fighting the True Sons and only one named boss dropped an exotic part. I know it was an exotic part because of the diamond on it. But for almost 4 weeks that's the only part I was able to get in the whole game. I open drop boxes, faction boxes, & anything I could find and open over and over again. I even killed named bosses and still nothing. Is Ubisoft choosing certain players in the game to get and win an exotic weapons & leaving other players out. That's one mystery I can't answer in game.

One other thing that bugs me a lot is getting someone to help me take a stronghold. I have gotten some to help...... but as soon they see what we are up against they chicken out and leave. 🙁  When they do that I have to do the mission all by myself and finish it without their help.
yep, makes for slow progress.  as I solo most of the time a strong hold generally take me 3 to 5 hours and many many deaths.

Well I may get killed about 3 or 4 times before I can finish a stronghold in less than a hour doing it solo. But it depends on the stronghold. If I do it with help I won't get killed no more than once. But we both might be able to finish one within 20 minutes or less.

I solo'd all the strongholds and didn't find them all that bad.  They are easier than challenging missions for sure.  I do go in with a top level GS for that WT though and that helps a lot.  They can take some time as well.

The one that irritated the most was Capital hill with the mortars.  Think I failed a couple of time on that.

On re-runs I always team up as it is just so much easier.

Time zone is not good as I am in Asia but if you are around when I am on always happy to team up with others.

On topic, I got the last part of the exotic pistol tonight playing through Space Admin mission.  Seems my D50 I saved in the stash has gone so I guess I remembered wrong.  Oh well if one drops then I can craft this one.

Also go the first part for the exotic sniper tonight.  You get it in Tidal Basin.  I can get the second part but the rest you cannot currently get yet so may just wait.

I had to do Capital Hill stronghold all by myself. I did ask for help....none came. I only got killed once or twice. When I got to the final level & I got to the gate and open it. Then I setup my turrent up high. Then I through my seeker mine to kill all black tusks. Then I fell back pass the gate to big concrete blocks waited for them to charge. When they started come at me I shot them & fell back again. When the named boss came I through out my turrent  again near the gate & seeker mine. It took me a while to finish him off. I then finish the mission and left. Now I'm at world tier 3.

Cool, now you are moving forwards.  Only Tidal Basin to go.  That one is also not that bad but note that the boss had immunity to bullets for quite a while.  There is a white glow around her when you cannot hurt her.  I pumped mag after mag in to her and finally completed to discover she was immune most of the time so those bullets were wasted.

The other tip I would give with that Stronghold is that the missile launchers have two places you have to shoot.  One at the front and one at the back.  My first play through on it I could not find the one at the front (didn't know what to look for) and the timer ran out.

Before I can go to the Tidal Basin. I have to increase my weapons & gear score first. It won't unlock on till them. Well since I got my weapons & gear score up the Tidal Basin is now unlock. If bullets won't work try to use the seeker mine along with my turrent. I use the seeker mine skill that breaks up into 3 or more mines. You could along with your skills & missile launcher to kill this type of boss. Then I usually fall back and into cover & attack from there. I usually use these two skills to break down the Bosses health bar. When the health bar is almost gone. That's when I finish off the boss. It seems to work almost each & every time I play.

I hate to say this I think Ubisoft rigged The Division 2. So only certain players  favored in game can find & get exotic weapons in game.I been trying every day I'm on to search & find a exotic parts, blueprints,or whole weapons. I've gone through dozens of factions boxes , drops,& kill all named bosses and I still haven't found one stinking exotic !! That's why I think the game is rigged !! Sorry to say.

In TD1, originally you had to do certain activities to get certain exotics and gear sets. The DZ was a sore point for many who felt they were forced into the DZ with the griefers. So then they switch to a drop pool, which was good though eventually the pool gets ever bigger and the chance of getting that one item every smaller. Those trying to tick off the Shield for the exotics would have felt that pain. Though, Global Events made it easier to get the gear sets.

So, what have they done with TD2? How does it work? You have to do particular faction missions in a particular order and have rngus on side? Is this for both exotics and gear sets a like?

I don't think they have rigged it but I would not be surprised if they are 'fine tuning' drop rates in the background without letting people know.

This could account for the fairly easy finds when the game first came out and now it seeming to be more difficult.  They did this all the time on TD1 so no reason to expect them to change for TD2.

For this reason I also just build for a decent build rather than grind my life away for the very best as a month later they may re-balance and suddenly that set I have spent hours grinding for becomes pretty crappy.
