Exotic Reconfigure

I am trying to configure “investor” exotic mask but it is not showing at crafting table. I have a Blueprint that I got from “Retaliation” so I can craft one but no option to Reconfigure it. I got one mask before I received blueprint and one a day later after I got blueprint. Any suggestions would be appreciated as this is very frustrating. I have other exotics I can reconfigure but not the investor.
