Division problem

Hi,all

Im playing division for 2 weeks now with a friend,when we hit lv 10 hes starting to get massive blue gear and weapons and im getting only green stuff,when we open the mission and look what we will get on the end of the mission its for him blue and mine green,also when he share a blue weapon to me it turns green im getting frustrated atm,now we are lv 19 and it still happend al of the time hows this possible i played before the demo and after that i buyed the gold edition in the ps store online,anyone can help me with this problem plz?

With that said - besides the "color" did the stats change?  That is, are the numbers for the gear lower?  Does the level change?  This kinda sound like a graphics glitch that maybe a updated graphics driver may resolve.
