Division 2 NDA?

So, like a dumbass who just got off of a 12 hour day at work, I completely forgot to look and see if Ubi has a Non Disclosure Agreement. I would love to stream my Gameplay (Via Twitch obviously.) Did anyone happen to catch if they'll sue my ass or not?
