Xbox Live different dps for same weapon

went to have a look at the BoO vendor for fresh restock, a friend was also looking at the same time, the top weapon his game was 89k without mods, on my game, the same weapon was 69k without mods.

That means you both have different firearms stats. Weapon damage shown varies by what your own stats boost it to be, just like blueprints.
