PC Character Randomly Vanished

   Okay, so my friend Vardellify bought me The Underground DLC, I quickly restarted my game, activated the DLC and then we went into an elevator to do a mission for The Underground DLC.

As I go to log back in it says "NEW GAME" I relaunched Steam 3 times, redownloaded the game, restarted Uplay and even verified integrity of game cache, my character was LVL 30 with 256 gear... I spent quite some time grinding to get that and now its all gone. I'm really upset by this and am close to refunding.

SORRY FOR THE STUPID MEME IN THE PHOTO, BUT THIS WAS THE LATEST SCREENSHOT AS PROOF BEFORE THE RANDOM VANISH.... PLZ FIX!

Posting glitches will also not help those glitches or disk issues to be fixed since we can not fix any of those. Please take those comments and or feedback to the actual Ubisoft forums.  "

 - Sorry, you need to address this to Ubisoft support. All I can say is that they can and have restored characters in the past.

MY CHARACTER VANISHED BTW!!!

This one is for Ubisoft Support. Your character is attached to your account. They can dig into it and see where the character files went. Send them your DXDiag.txt, msinfo32.nfo, and they may want some uPlay logs. Go to your Ubisoft Game Launcher folder. Go to logs, and the ones they will probably request will be the "launcher_log.txt" and "network_info.txt".
