or what That really mean, is that mean you got 4 talents for each gun when the bonus is active or only unlock the one you cant acquire due for high electronics lets say!?

My plan is to utilize my aug (25% crit chance) with brutal, deadly and responsive then couple it with the talents on my pp-19. I'm going for fierce, unforgiving/self preserved and the signature talent for weapon reload speed. That combination will be unreal imo.  Id get the bonus of firecrest without having to run the three piece gear set.  I have a guy in my group with the reclaimer set, you are very right about it being OP, but it is bugged to death.

Yes it would be but you can get all the talents unlock anyway by the way you do your build-up

Not exactly sure what you mean by this, but I'm glad that you understand what we're talking about with having sets of weapons you can swap between to utilize the bonus.  And I agree with @ESGN, but it's still workable.
