Xbox Live [Xbox] Cant hear AI voice thru TV

When I go to a mission and they talk to you or pick up a audio tape. I cant hear the sounds in game. I can only hear it in my headset. I unplugged my headset and I still cant hear anything. Its odd

I'm having the same problem. Just started recently and wasn't a problem when the game was initially purchased. Any help would be appreciated.
