What i don't understand is how Microsoft (Xbox One) is paying money so that PS4 and MICROSOFT (PC) don't get it before xbox... does anyone else see something weird here...

They want to show people that Xbox One is the better console by having the time-exclusive so that more people buy a Xbox One. Now I don't have anything against exclusives (as long as it is only the game and not in-game content) since they are what make a console special, but time-exclusives? There are nothing worse since they are doing nothing else than punishing the consumer for buying the "wrong" console.

And in my PC opinion
this is the dumbest thing I've read in a while. By the time the DLC gets released on the other platforms its pretty much stale and all the secrets will be known / all strats found out. It ruins alot of the new experience knowing that other people played the same thing over a month ago...

Maybe it has something to do with the higher resolution PS4/PC  are displaying the Game in and they felt sorry for XB1 user and they get the DLC first. But honestly 30 days is not that long  and Im sure its only gonna last for a certain time period

While I believe timed exclusive content is just a quick cashgrab I don't feel 30 days is that problematic. Plus; it gives them time to figure out any bugs that occur.

That's a shame. Although it was expected when Xbone received priority for the beta. I thought it was silly for Bungie to do it to Xbone users in Destiny and it's too bad the Division is doing the same to PS4 users. Still doesn't hamper my excitement though.

This does not apply to the free upgrades scheduled for April and May.  It also does not apply to the third expansion slated for next winter.  Those all are scheduled to drop on all 3 platforms simultaneously.   It only applies to the first two paid expansions, and it is only a 30 day head start on those.  It is barely enough for a marketing blurb of "New Content on Xbox One first", so no big  deal really.  Just enough to be slightly annoying actually.

Way to go Ubisoft lets use the under performing consoles as glorified Beta testers and iron out all the bugs good call in my opinion!
