Dark Zone Proximity Voice Chat Problems XB1

Ever since launch I've NEVER been able to hear anyone in the Dark Zone.

Half the time in game party voice chat doesn't work either.

Also, like today, proximity voice chat in Dark Zone is coming through my TV speakers and not my headset and I am using the generic headset that came with the Xbox. Nothing fancy.

What's weird tho is today people were talking to me in the Dark Zone.   I turned my TV up and I could hear them but they couldn't hear me or anything. VOICE CHAT SHOULD BE COMING THROUGH MY HEADSET

I almost missed a grouping opportunity..  they finally sent me an in game party invite and boom, I could finally hear them through my headset when I joined their in game party and they could in turn hear me also.

But then, I could no longer hear other DZ agents what so ever. Not even through my TV speakers anymore while being in their party.  At least when I hear them on my TV it's halfway working..

I've tried hard resetting and everything. Nothing fixes this and this is almost gamebreaking for me as I've missed several great grouping opportunities as I can't hear anyone in the Dark Zone and it would just make the game so much more fun and entertaining to be able to hear other agents in proximity.

Im having a very similar issue.  In my situation the ONLY time i have any communication is through xbox party chat. Proximity comms do no come through, though i can see that they are speaking, and once in party chat, they inform me that they can also see my sound wave....However, neither one of us can hear. 

Is there a fix?  Maybe a setting i have overlooked?

I too am having this issue. Except mine isn't always an issue but it usually is until I close the game and reopen it a second time.
