Which one is better ?

Hello , need help understanding which one would be better overall for burst dmg with given talents.  thank you in advance

I'm partial to the one with brutal and deadly.  The responsive talent only procs on enemies within 10', while you can proc the deadly whenever you pull the trigger and hit a target.  I also wouldn't be as concerned that it has 8k less DPS, as post-1.3 DPS is a rather useless stat.  

I'm curious as to what the DMG is on each shotty and what the 3rd talents are too.

The dmg for responsive shotgun is 101k

and 92k for brutal and deadly combo one.   That's why I'm questioning which one actually does more dmg with talents given  . I also use a 4 piece sentry set so I would like to get as much dmg as possible out of this scenario 

Third skill I can't change on both , it's fierce , but my electronics is nowhere near 2200. I was my idea to later on utilize tactician set but for now I use two talents

Hmmm, it's a toss-up in my opinion.  The 870 is slow to reload and tends to have a smaller mag size, so you want it to hit hard when you use it.  Despite the 9k less DMG, I still think I'd go with the deadly/brutal one.  I just like those talents too much and would take less base DMG.  Keep the other one, though, and if the deadly/brutal one doesn't work try the brutal/responsive one.

You'll end up doing close combat with the shotgun anyway. So I think the first pic is better.

Not necessarily, if you use the sentry meta with the shotty you'll probably be able to stay outside the 10 meter range.  But like I said, pick one and see how it goes and switch to the other if if you don't like the first one.

Thanks for input guys . I chose the responsive brutal option.

In the game the damage output is much better on it vs the brutal deadly one.  I'm not sure why.  after toggling between them, clearly responsive effect makes the dmg scaling higher with sentry 4 piece. 

highest crit headshot with responsive was 198k 

with rutal deadly it only went up as far as 180k

 but keeping in mind that non crit damage is also 14% higher than the brutal deadly one , so in the end I went for the responsive one.

Good choice. If this decision is for PvP, then Responsive is the no brainer here for M870. Especially since any good group you run up against will be running conceal. Even with Savage gloves and 2x crit hit chance mods on your shotty, your crit percentage won't even come close to what responsive will give you. 90% of your m870 shots are going to be right up on the player, and most likely within 10 meters. Also, that base damage difference is huge.
