Sad truth at the moment is that Massive calculate on Gear Score .... even if its in your stash. So the options you have once you have the build you like is to either off-load and park extra GS items on another lvl 30 character you don't use or de-construct it.

Basically, select an item of gear or a weapon, on the right will have its basic statistics listed but also Talents. These "Talents" ("Self-Preserved", "Meticulous" for examples") often add massive boosts to how well you'll perform but they're not calculated in just things like DPS, Toughness or Skill Power (high level stats). 

If you can make these work....you're on the way to the top.

...and its ok, some of this is pretty nasty RPG stuff to be honest  :58_disappointed_relieved:  It can take me half an hour or so just moving stuff around to get things to work!
