I am moving on. I am done with Division. Just broke the disc. This one sided game is ridiculous. I am a solo player. I could manage before this last update they did. This update has done nothing but piss me off with this racist crap. Hope everyone has fun.

Sorry you're having such a tough time bud, like xero said, maybe in the future the game will cater to solo players a little better.

Wait, um, what?!?  What am I missing here?
I just can't understand how they came up with this update. The game wasn't that bad for solo players until that point. I mean it was rough but manageable. I think what most upsets me about  is the fact I did play the beta. Had fun. Like the game. So I bought the DLC pack and everything. Than they do this line cutting crap for hijacking but didn't change the timer on the rouges. 90 sec is a joke. Either way. I am going to trade it in today for Seige maybe. No DLC pack lol.

perhaps in the future, only purchase titles aimed at solo players... or at least know that attempting to go against the designed intent will always be an uphill battle and come prepared to deal with that.
I don't understand what you are trying to say here. I never had this issue with BO2, MW3, BO3 or even BattleField 4. (Can't wait for BattleField1:))))) I play those solo as well. Win some, lose some. This DZ they are calling PvP is not PvP. So enjoy your game. Hope ppl do, I just got ripped off because I don't run with random groups and if I do run with a random group, the first time they kill a solo player that is trying to not get involved. I leave anyway.

You just named a ton of multiplayer FPS games, unfortunately, the division is a 3rd person RPG, and requires a far heavier investment as such.

Random groups are just the best of a bad situation. A step up from running solo, but prone to a litany of issues for everyone involved. We offer a number of ways here to get in touch with three other like minded players and form a more permanent squad to alleviate those issues.

The game was only designed to be "possible" to play solo, but it takes a massive amount of skill to make that route work as well as most wish it to. The meat of the game is designed and directed at 4 man tactical squads.

@xSIGxAR15x I think the "racist crap" comment was just a poor word choice.  I was confused that I missed some subtle racism or something.

Thst being said, I understand your frustration.  There's still things that you can do in PvE that can be soloed without being a super talented player, but most of the higher PvE stuff also needs a group.

However, if you do get R6 Siege, you won't be disappointed.  It reminded me a lot of playing the original R6 in college in '98/'99.  Just a heads up, that game has ZERO single player stuff, it's either team vs AI or team vs team and it's all matchmake.

What he probably meant was the developers are being unfair to solo players by making it more difficult to play by yourself.

I understand you pain I am a solo player as well I have learn to adapt to the game sense 1.2 I do as much group play with friends as I can now for H V T when I can I work a lot or spend time gaming with my son but I do hope you enjoy what ever game you decide to go with and maybe you will be back in the future

That's funny. I took Division down to GameStop today and got R6 Siege. Division is a good game for what it is now. It's not the game I played in Beta test for sure.  Also when I mean solo player, I mean as far as a game I can play without having to rely on my friends list. If that makes sense.  R6 Siege is a great game. It's more my style of PvP.

I love tom Clancy's stuff since I started with splinter cell on xbox...after rainbow six. But I will say as a huge fan of the 2 rainbow six vegas...R6 siege took a huge drop into my mind compare to vegas. I bought it on release and trade it the day after...I don't know how it is now with the new DLC's I hope it is better. When I start playing it, it was 4v4, a game who takes 2 min to 20 minutes and a long wait between games because of matchmake...or it seems that long into my head anyway I did not like it at all and got disappointed for such a big name and reputation for this game.

But for me the division is right on the spot since I found myself more into MMO/RPG type compare to FPS (CoD, BF and Star wars BF). I play this type of game or RPG solo player type no online or almost nothing of online mode like Fallout, Mass effect, Dark souls etc...

I like Seige. I understand what you are talking about as far as the lobby taking to long between games. To me it's worth it not being shot down by a group of 4 just for trying to  extract items or because that group can't kill another group of 4. Ubisoft took a huge jump with Division. It just wasn't for me. I think ESO was way better thought out than Division. To me that's the same type of game.

I am sorry, no where in Xeromaus comment did it say anything about the future for solo players. To me it just seems like he wanted to be rude. I had no intent on going againist the  design of the game like he made very clear. I played the beta on Division and the game now is nothing like the Beta in anyway.

You know what else sucked that day. I broke the wrong disk lol. Somehow my BattleFront disc took the Blunt of the damage. Lol Still trying to figure out how that happen. Have no clue.

Yeah, I was going to say...you broke the disc and then you were going to trade it in? Glad you cleared that up.  For a second I thought maybe you only said you broke the disc for dramatic effect.  I know lots of people who have picked up the wrong disc and shattered it in a rage. Happens all the time.

“[The Division] is an excellent single-player game, should you choose to play it that way.” -Magnus Jensen, Senior Programmer at Massive Entertainment
