I have the blueprint and have crafted a few HE vectors. Thing is the cap for damage is 9000 odd. But some players have 12k damage how is that possible.  My firearms is currently 2194

 
As you continue to adjust you gear as an agent your stats on your blueprints will adjust to account for a higher/lower DPS, Stamina, Electronics build. For example my Firearms is currently around 2650 and my base damage on my Vector blue print is anywhere from 10,300 to 11,400.

 
Thanks. Any idea what firearms level needed to bump it up. 
There's no "level" that the base damage jumps up, the more firearms you stack, the more it raises the base damage...every little bit helps. I'm sitting at 3789 firearms in my pve build, and my vectors craft between 11955 and 13105.

I didn't realize that your weapon damage changes when your firearms go up, I always thought it was just DPS...

But I guess that makes sense because how would the dps be going up if the damage was staying the same haha unless it was RPM and MAG size or something
