So, after a few posts on these here forums already, i thought it was time to introduce myself.

I found out about the forums through the Roque Agent Radio podcast, and as since i also joined their clan :D, great bunch of people and great conversations on the Discord.

I'm a 28 year old IT consultant from the Netherlands and I have been actively playing games since the OG Xbox, when i was a child we had a NES at home, which i loved to play frequently but i can't really say i'm a retro gamer like that. I'm a lover of all type of Coop games, which i enjoy more than the competitive game types, the thing i like most however is competitive coop ^^. Think games like Smite, Rainbow Six, or game modes like CTF and "disarming bombs :P" in FPS games, basically game modes where you have to work together with your team mates to actually achieve a goal. Rainbow Six was an all time favorite for me on the OG Xbox.

I have some experience in the MMORPG genre, played LOTRO for a good 6 years, but i was never a true PC gamer, so i never really could get into any other MMO, i was how ever always looking for those type of games on the console, i enjoyed Destiny for the first year and i played some ESO on the Xbox one, which i enjoyed but never really could get into the end game.

As far as the Division goes, i have been looking forward to this game ever since the first "reveal" on E3, i love how the game evolved and how it is now after launch, sure there are some things i can nitpick about, but i won't. i enjoy playing it, i have spent a good 20 hours in the game already and am only lvl 17. i am in no rush to get to end game, but i do look forward to it :D. the DZ is the thing that got me most excited about the game, or i should probably say that how the game was first advertised is what got me excited, i feel they later just turned it into the DZ for what ever good reasons they have. But the way it turned out in the final product is awesome, also i love that there is a story, inside the game itself ;)

Anyhow, hello all, great to be here, hope to get in touch with you and see you all in the Dark Zone!

Cheers, Duro

Hey Duro,

I'm studying to get into the IT field myself, Desktop Engineering and possibly Network Engineering afterwards. If you like games somewhat similar to smite, I would try paladins. It's like smite, just from a first person perspective. And is quite enjoyable.

Welcome to the forums!

Cheers on a GREAT into!  Sounds like you are my type of player . . .I LOVE the co-operative game play of R6, Division, GTA V, ect. (not a real MOBA fan but they all can't be winners!) if you are on XBone add me (GT A2DAMFINJ) and if not hope you have fun completing and exploring this wonderful game!
