The Hunters - New Faction - Survival

Probably still speculation. There is an idea of a new faction coming in Survival. 

They look a bit more tanky than the regular guys in hoodies. 

Anyone know more?

yes my understanding is they will hunt us agents - hence all the trophy "watches" on their shoulders. Hope they don't have shotguns or flamethrowers!

They kind of look like the LMG tanker versions of the normal hoddies (those who have police riot helmets on) ... in the art they're armed with bolt action sniper rifle and what looks like an M60 LMG (though in truth the M60 is a MMG).

Since they are a new faction, maybe they are sent from Russia to get the virologist back or retrieve the 3-D printer and that's the motivation for targeting agents?  That might fit the narrative better than "rioters just found some really neat stuff in a crate".
