Still need help

I'm currently unable to play the game at all. When I try to load it up from the dashboard I see The Division box art/title header and then the screentransitions to black as if it's about to load, but the game never starts.I was fighting the boss on a challenging mission, with random players on the Lincoln Tunnel, when the game froze on me. I had to quit out and when I tried to load the game back up this error appeared.It happens every time I try to play the game at the moment, blocking me from playing at all.I've manually quit the game several times as well as powering down and restarting the Xbox but this has not solved the issue.

Step 1: Replace CrapBox One
