Xbox Live Danny Weaver still broken for me

Am I the only person that is not receiving Danny Weaver caches? I’ve cleared my cashes, logged off and on and reboot it. Still not receiving anything from Danny Weaver he might as well not exist. Can someone help me?

I’m still not receiving any cachet from Danny Weaver. I clear my cashes, logged off and rebooted. Still not accepting my textless. if anyone can help me, it will be much appreciated. I am on Xbox.
