Looks like an old fashioned "cheat code" ... is this on the PS4 version only? Could be controller input read error bypassing the normal in-game protocols.
Kind of like entering "LEFT-LEFT-RIGHT-RIGHT-TRIANGLE-CIRCLE-LEFT-LEFT" for infinite lives on old Playstation games or to unlock a certain car. Haha!
