National Guard Outfit, not unlocking

I have the season pass installed and on the card for the season pass code it says it includes the national guard outfit however it is not at the rewards vendor. I have the season pass fully installed and have got the SWAT outfit and the Police ones and my hazmat pre order and the shotgun.

Does anyone know why this is or how to fix it?

Go to the store. Find the division. Go to add one. Look for the ng pacm and redownload. Worked for me.

It says bundle only for me?

I bought It off of eBay but I think the seller made a gold edition out of a standard copy of the game and a season pass. The season pass does say it includes the NG outfit and I got the shotgun side are but not the NG outfit. He has sent me a stand alone code for the outfit now though so hopefully that works.
