Microphone Problems?

I was wondering if anybody is having problems with the chat volume with PS4? So far I've only played with 3 groups of randoms but I've had a very hard time hearing the team mates, and they have trouble hearing me. (my headset works flawlessly in other games and in PSN party). Alternatively the guys in the team with out head sets say my voice is coming in very loud. I have my in game volume turned all the way up and my chat volumes turned up all the way. I haven't noticed any voice coms with proximity chat either. Does anyone know is this a bug? Is there a solution? I have searched and only come up with problems in beta from months ago and it is usually a PC issue.

I'm having a mic issue also but not this. No one can hear me at all. I hear everyone fine but nothing coming from me. Not the mic I've check both ps4 settings and in game settings both recognize the mic and are on.

I'm also having this problem. Mic works elsewhere, seeing the green bar move in the audio settings when I talk; when in a group I hear them speak but they can't hear me. going to try 2 different mics to make sure.

Have the same issue on PS4.

My microphone works well, except on the division, cannot speak at all (even if i'm not in a party or something like that).

Same issues on PS4. I can hear others fine but no one can hear me. Mic works in all my other games.

Same issue. Xbox 1.  Though neither side can hear until we go to xbox party chat.

same problem, play destiny all the time without issue.  Also doesn't work in party while playing division.
