Boris Johnson will be a fine Foreign Secretary to usher in the separation from the EU, just like Trump or Hillary will make a great president... ?

Boris is clearly the decoy to get the other side to let their guard down before a real politician gets involved.

He does have the persona of a shaggy haired puppy coming in from a fun run in the muddy forest after it has been raining.  I think he will just bemuse the rest of the world.  Whether anything will get done is another matter.
