PC Looking for late night east coast people.

I'm looking for a group of people that are willing to jump on and do weeklies challenges. I find I'm wasting more time then I should just looking for groups to tackle the challenges then it takes to do them, its killing the game for me so I'm looking for a good solid group that wants to do them and has fun doing so.

How late night?  I'm east coast, and by the time I get home from work and the gym, its usually 10:30ish I login.. usually go for about an hour to an hour in a half depending on how frustrated I get with pugs.  I'm looking for a consistant group to farm heroic dragons nest with,  Running a strong tactian build.
