latest Update Xbox One 8.8 GIGS?

O k I was looking to play Division tonight well i fire up the game then it say's there is a update can anyone tell me what this is who already updated there game at that size of a patch it kind a scares me a little

It's 1.5 update and the DLC Survival.  I updated mine this morning it's about 8.9 gig.  Took a while.  Nothing to worry about.
