Im looking for some people to play with

ive been playing the division here and there when I have time and I recently was able to make it to lvl 30. I just started playing in the dark zone and have made it to my gear being a measly 131. I realize I have a long way to go, but I was hoping to get some tips from you. I try to find people to play with using the matchmaking but I always get kicked out of the group due to my low level I think. when I manage to play with some guys, if a rogue group comes along we typically get slaughtered and im unable to keep the gear I played hours to try to keep. im essentially trying to obtain higher level gear so I can be a threat to the rogue agents and be able to fight off the AI targets when I roam the dark zone solo. Do you have any advice?

First suggestion, run the Search & Destroy and High Value Target missions. Run them lots!! You'll be getting 165+ gear from even the low level HVT runs (which you can solo, suggested GS is only 50!).

Higher difficulty HVT's match make for and run those missions with a group... the daily ones that run at 20+ tickets ... you'll get good drops. Just remember to ALWAYS make sure you hit the named boss at least once in the engagement or he might not drop anything for you. 

I wouldn't recommend the DZ in a random group at your level yet.

Will do. I usually play in the evenings around 8est. I have 4 kids so sometimes if my house is crazy I don't use a mic. Lol. But I will on important missions. What time zone are you in
