I'm a newbie to the division. Just started playing a few days ago. Its nice to to meet the community. 

I'm hailing all the way from Malaysia. 

If anyone interested in partying or maybe help a newbie to complete some of the story mission (by god, please do....I need all the help I can get. This game is pretty hard), you guys can add me.

Welcome!  I'm on PS4 and in the US, so things probably wouldn't work out that well.  One suggestion, try clearing all of the side missions and events and search the alleys and building a in the area you're working in before hitting the story missions.  This should help gear you up before hitting the story missions.
