Not that I recall.  I could have sworn they lowered the DZ lvl requirements on all items. I think the highest you need for anything is 50. (correct me if i am wrong)

it's 90. Older gear was lowered in level reqs, but new gear took a massive leap up.

Side note: can we start calling this stuff "teal gear" or something along those lines? I usually have no issue figuring out which green is being discussed based on context, but it seems time for it to have it's own moniker.

It has no requirement to get the blueprint, so not lvl 90. I will post an image when I get home to confirm. it costs 260k DZ credits.
